Commitments

What we commit to publicly.

Operating promises for visitors and clients. If a surface cannot keep one yet, we say so rather than papering over gaps with marketing language.

First three

The ones you should feel on day one.

1. Evidence over theater

Receipts for material CRM actions. Demo data labeled demo. No fake live feeds without adapters.

2. Clear access boundaries

Public explains. CRM operates. Outside your company, protected resources return not found.

3. Product honesty

Operations Studio, Signal, and Clout Chaser stay distinct. Internal engine names stay out of ordinary nav.

Remaining commitments

4. Login means interest, not magic access

Signing in on the public surface registers attention and demand. Full engines live on CRM and Caelum under contract. Dead buttons and fake “you’re live” states are forbidden.

5. Exit and export

In the CRM, you can leave with your data. Exports are tenant-scoped and receipt-backed.

6. Accessibility and security

WCAG AA contrast targets and keyboard paths. Status is never color alone. See Security and Accessibility.

7. Capacity truth

Intake is finite. When we are full or selective, we disclose it on Capacity disclosure.
