- Client workspaces are tenant-scoped. Cross-tenant access returns a not-found response.
- Session validation is required for CRM routes; protected surfaces carry noindex headers.
- Login on the public site primarily registers interest and demand — engines run in CRM / Caelum.
- Billing state changes require signed payment proof before workspaces flip to live activation.
Capacity and delivery
We publish capacity honestly. When intake is limited, we say so. See Capacity disclosure. Delivery moves through explicit commitments, revisions, and receipts — not silent side channels.
Confidentiality and evidence
- Client materials stay inside the company boundary that owns them.
